4种皮肤肿瘤中转化生长因子、血管内皮生长因子表达及其与微血管密度的关系 被引量:1

Expression of TGF-αand VEGF in four kinds of skin tumors and their relationship with microvessel density

摘要 目的:了解转化生长因子(TGF)-α、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在皮肤肿瘤中的表达及其与微血管密度关系。方法:用免疫组化法检测20例鳞状细胞癌、20例基底细胞上皮瘤、15例Paget病、15例脂溢性角化病及15例正常皮肤组织中TGF-α、VEGF及CD)34表达。结果:TGF-α、VEGF和CD34的表达在4种皮肤肿瘤间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01~0.05),但其在基底细胞上皮瘤与正常皮肤间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在4种皮肤肿瘤中,TGF-α、VEGF表达与微血管密度呈正相关。结论:TGF-α可能与VEGF发挥协同作用,促进血管新生和皮肤肿瘤形成。 Objective: To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-α (TGF-α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and their association with microvessel density (MVD) in skin neoplasms. Methods: The specimens of 20 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 20 cases of basal cell epithelioma, 15 cases of Paget' disease, 15 cases of seborrheic keratosis and 15 individuals with normal skin were studied. Immunohistochemieal assay was employed to detect the expression levels of TGF-α, VEGF and CD34 in the above specimens. Results: The differences in the expression level of TGF-α, VEGF and CD34 in the four groups of skin tumors were statistically significant(P〈0.05, all). However, their expression levels in basal cell epithelioma were not statistically different from those in the normal skin (P〉 0.05). There were positive correlation between the expression level of TGF-α or VEGF and the MVD in four groups of cutaneous neoplasms. Conclusion: These results indicate that the TGF-α and VEGF may play important roles in the angiogenesis and oncogenesis in these four kinds of skin tumor
