摘要 钉头管作为石化行业管式加热炉中的换热设备,其焊接质量的好坏,将直接影响换热效果以及使用寿命。为了提高钉头管的焊接效率和焊接质量,解决传统手工焊生产效率低、焊接质量差的问题,设计了一种全自动钉头管埋弧螺柱焊设备,该设备具有自动安装钉头、钉头与工件自动对中、待焊钉头自动送进、焊剂自动送给、焊接小车轴向自动进给、钉头管径向自动旋转、钉头管变形自动校正、钉头管焊接过程自动控制以及故障诊断和报警等功能。实现了从安装待焊钉头、焊接定位到焊接过程的全自动控制。试验结果表明,自动焊接钉头管的焊接效率有很大提高,克服了手工埋弧焊时的焊瘤、夹杂、气孔等缺陷,从而改善了焊接质量。 As a heat exchange equipment of tubular-furnace in petrochemical industry,the welding quality of pin tube will have effects on heat exchange and service life.In order to improve the welding efficiency and quality of pin tube and to solve problem resulted from traditional manual welding such as low efficiency and weld defects,a fully automatic equipment of pin tube based on submerged arc stud welding was developed. Many functions can be automatically carried out,for example,assembling of pin,alignment of pin and tube,feeding of pin and flux, moving axially of welding vehicle,rotation of pin tube,correction of deformation,control of welding process,executing fault diagnosis and alarm and so on.Therefore the automatic process control from assembling pin to welding was realized.The experimental results show that in comparison to manual welding,this equipment can greatly improve welding efficiency as well as quality and overcome weld defects including weld flash,slag inclusion and gas pore.
