摘要
实践教学是当前高等院校面临的一个重要问题。尤其是经济管理专业常常受到商业机密、实训场地、教学手段等各方面的制约,难以取得理想的实践效果。本文通过提出在经济管理专业构建模拟企业环境的实践教学模式,"将企业搬进课堂",仿真企业环境,模拟企业真实的管理过程,使学生在学校期间就能到"真实的企业"中体验,从而提高学生的学习兴趣和实践能力。
The practical teaching is an important issue for the institutions of higher learning, especially the economic management major is often subject to trade secrets, practical training places, teaching methods and other constraints, it is difficult to obtain satisfactory results. The article puts forward in the economic manage- ment major to build the simulation models of practical teaching, ＂Enterprises will move into the classroom＂, simulating the enterprises environment and the real business management process, so that students during the school will be able to experience ＂real business＂ to enhance the interest in learning and practical ability.
