摘要
ERP沙盘演练是一种新型的体验式教学模式,它融真实性、挑战性、趣味性、实用性于一体,具有传统教学方式所无法比拟的优越性。通过开展ERP沙盘模拟,使学生能够把所学知识与实际相结合,让学生亲身了解并掌握物流管理知识和技能;ERP沙盘模拟既是对学生知识掌握情况的检验,同时培养了学生的沟通能力、口头表达能力、团队协作意识,学生的创新能力得以充分体现。文章重点论述了ERP沙盘模拟对物流实践教学的积极作用,同时指出了实施ERP沙盘模拟所需具备的条件,并就其顺利实施提出了建议。
Compared with the traditional teaching pattern, ERP sand table simulation is real, challengeable, interesting and practical. By introducing the new teaching pattern, students have demonstrated a better understanding of what they have learned, and obvious improvement on their ability. The article introduces the good effect of ERP sand table on the logistics teaching, then points out condition of implementing ERP sand simulation and offers some good advice.
