摘要 创伤性颅脑损伤是目前生物医学界研究的重点和热点之一,颅脑损伤动物模型的制备对颅脑损伤相关研究具有重要的意义.随着对颅脑损伤机制不断深入研究,现在人们越来越倾向于制作和使用可复制分级颅脑损伤和外力可准确定量的动物模型.笔者将目前国内外常用颅脑损伤实验模型的类型及其建立的方法作一综述. Traumatic brain injury is one of the most focus problems as well as the hot topics in biology and medical researches at present. The establishment of animal models of brain injury is of great importance to related researches in this field. With the development of the study in mechanisms of brain injury, the researches is now tendency to the replication and use of the animal models of traumatic brain injury can be graded and external forces can be accurately quantified. The author now gives a general review on the latest experimental types and the methods of establishing animal models of brain injury both at home and abroad.
