摘要
在盆栽条件下对大豆幼苗期进行干旱胁迫处理,测定在逆境条件下,大豆叶片的叶绿素、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性的变化。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫的加强,叶片中叶绿素含量降低,可溶性糖含量升高,游离脯氨酸含量逐渐增加,MDA含量逐渐增高,SOD活性表现为增强的趋势。
Studied on the physiological and biochemical change of soybean seedlings under drought stress treatment at the condition of potting from chlorophyll, soluble sugar, free proline (Pro), malondial- dehyde(MDA) content and superoxide dismutase activity changes ect aspects. The results showed that with the strengthening of drought stress, the chlorophyll content decreased, while the contents of soluble sugar (WSS), free Proline (Pro), malomdiadehyde (MDA) gradually increased, and them the activity of superoxygen dismutase(SOD) were slowly enhanced.
