摘要
在生命科学革命性突破的今天,人类的伦理和法律都遭受到了空前的挑战。活体器官移植作为其中的主题词之一,更是冲击着个体的宗教信仰、价值观念、家庭情感和国家的公共决策。尽管它的产生和运用一开始就服务于挽救病人生命、减轻病人痛苦、改善生命质量这一医学的根本目标,但是,相对于其他高技术活动的特殊性,决定了它的合理发展更需要相应的伦理和法律机制来引导和规制。
Today,with the revolutionary breakthrough in life sciences,ethics and law of humanity are faced with an unprecedented challenge.As one of the Key Words in this century,living donor organ transplantation has cast an impact on individual's religious beliefs,values,family sentiments and national public policy-making.Although its production and application at the outset is to save the patient's life,to alleviate the suffering of patients and improve quality of life,which is the fundamental goal of medicine,compared to peculiarities of the other high-tech activities,its rational development demands the appropriate ethical and legal mechanisms to guide and regulate.
