摘要
建立了微波辅助萃取-气相色谱-微电子捕获检测土壤样品中6种多氯联苯(pcb28,pcb52,pcb101,pcb138,pcb153和pcb180)的方法。确定了以V(20mL丙酮):V(正己烷)=1:1混合溶剂作萃取剂,萃取温度110℃,仪器功率800W,微波萃取5min的样品前处理条件,并用柱温程序优化了GC-uECD分析条件。方法的检出限为0.027~0.087ng/g;相对标准偏差为3.4%~7.6%(n=6);加标平均回收率79.8%-91.1%。可用于土壤环境中多氯联苯的监测分析。
A method of simultaneous determination of the six polychlorinated biphenyls (pcb28, pcb52, pcbl01, peb138, pcb153 and pcbl80) in soils by gas chromatography with an electron capture detector has been developed. The samples were extracted by microwave assisted extraction using 20 mL of acetone + hexane ( 1 : 1 ) in the conditions of 800 W of the instrument power, at 110 ℃ for 5 rain. The oven temperature gradient was used for the optimization of GC-uECD measurement. The detection limits for the PCBs were 0.027 - 0.087 ng/g, the precisions were 3.4% 7.6%, and the recoveries of spiked samples were 79.8% -91.1%. The method was sensitive, rapid, low cost and high recovery and could be used for the determination of the trace amount of PCBs in soils.
