血小板在生理性止血和病理性血栓形成中发挥重要作用,现代科学研究发现,血小板活化参与多种心脑血管疾病的发生、发展。他汀类药物为内源性胆固醇合成的限速酶羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶抑制剂,随着他汀类药物的广泛应用,其效应已不局限于调脂作用。近年一系列临床及实验研究证实,他汀类药物在有效调节脂代谢的同时,还可通过抑制血小板黏附、聚集、释放等途径降低高脂血症患者的血小板活性。后者可能与他汀类药物对心脑血管疾病的保护作用有一定关系。
Platelets are essential for primary hemostasis and pathological thrombosis. In modern scientific research ,the activation of platelets plays a key role in the initiation and progression of cardiovascular diseases and contributes to cerebrovascular events. Statins are 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA)re- ductase inhibitors, which is the rate-limiting enzyme of endogenous synthesis of cholesterol It opened up a new area in the treatment of hyperlipidemla besides lipid regulation. In recent years ,a series of clinical and experimental studies confirmed that statins reduce platelet activity of patients with hyperhpidemia in addition to its effect of lowering lipid. Statins reduce the activity of platelets by inhibiting platelet adhesion, aggregation and release. The protective effect of statins on cardiovascular and cerebrovaseular diseases may be correlated with inhibition of platelet activity.
