ICU感染患者381株病原菌分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解笔者所在医院重症监护病房(ICU)患者感染的病原菌分布,探讨常见致病菌的抗生素治疗。方法对笔者所在医院2006年1月至2008年6月间ICU感染患者的381株菌进行病原菌分布和临床耐药性分析。结果铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、克雷伯菌属、念珠菌属和不动杆菌属为ICU最常见致病菌。结论革兰阴性杆菌仍是医院感染最为重要和常见的致病菌,真菌和革兰阳性球菌的感染需加以重视,耐药菌株明显增多,加强对细菌耐药性的监测,合理使用抗菌药物是关键。
