摘要
目的:探讨流程管理在预防老年住院患者跌倒中的应用效果,保证患者安全。方法:对2007年1月～2008年12月在浙江省人民医院1-24病区住院的964例老年患者实施预防跌倒管理流程。包括成立预防跌倒管理小组、高危跌倒筛查、高危跌倒告知、对高危跌倒患者采取有效预防措施、制订跌倒处理流程等。结果:实施预防跌倒管理流程后住院患者跌倒率由0.49%下降至0.1%,护理服务质量显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:预防跌倒管理流程可以有效预防住院老年患者跌倒,但有待于制订更为有效的跌倒危险评估工具。
Objectives： To discuss the effectiveness of process management for preventing old patient fall and assure patient safety. Methods： Process management for preventing old patient fall in Zhejiang Provincial People＇ s Hospital in Jan, 2007 to Dee, 2008 was implemented. The process included 6 steps： forming preventing fall team, screening high risk, informing high risk to patient, interacting to prevent fall and design management process. Resuhs： Old patient fall rate was decreased from 0.49% to 0.1% after applying process management and nursing quality was significantly improved. Conclusions： Prevention fall process could effectively prevent old patient fall, but more effect tool for evaluating fall risk should be designed.
