摘要 目的分析北京市宣武区近年来细菌性食物中毒食源性致病菌的种类及分布情况,为更有效地预防控制食物中毒的发生,提供科学依据。方法依照国家标准GB/T4789-2003及卫生防疫微生物检验操作规程进行微生物学检测,收集本区细菌性食物中毒食源性致病菌检测资料进行统计学分析。结果四类1 276份样品共检出食源性致病菌145株,检出率为11.36%,其中变形杆菌的检出率最高;在不同类型的标本中,便样品的检出率最高。结论提高食源性致病菌的检测水平,加强食品生产、加工、储存过程食源性致病菌的监测工作,减少细菌性食物中毒的发生。 Objective To analyze species and distribution of the foodbome pathogens which cause food poisoning in Xuanwu District in recent years, and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of the foodbome diseases. Methods According to the National Hygienic Standards GB/T4789-2003, data of food poisoning induced by food-borne pathogens were collected and analyzed. Microbiological examination was also conducted. Results A total of 145 strains of food-borne pathogens were detected from 1 276 specimens. The detection rate was 11.36%. Proteus had the highest detection rate. Among the different specimens, stool specimens had the highest detection rate of the pathogen. Conclusion It is important to reduce the occurrence of bacterial food poisoning by improving detection level and strengthening surveillance of food-borne pathogens.
