摘要
根据航天部门对飞船舱体高精度的总装要求,基于MetroIn开发飞船专用测量模块,采用空间前方交会以及镜面准直原理,进行点位坐标测量、立方镜准直测量以及平面镜准直测量。构建舱体坐标系、立方镜坐标系以及平面镜法线,进而解算出两坐标系之间的3个平移参数和9个转换参数,以及坐标系与镜面法线之间的3个参数,取得了良好的效果。
In order to meet the high precision requirements of spaceship cabin from space departments, basing on the spaceship precision measurement module developed with Metroln, the principles of space intersection, the cube mirror collimate and the plane mirror collimate are applied for the point position measurement. The cabin coordinate, cube mirror coordinates and the plane mirror normals are created, and the 3 translation parameters and 9 rotation parameters of 2 coordinates are calculated, as well as the 3 parameters between the coordinates and plane mirror normals, Good effects are achieved.
