摘要
在全面分析了导致关节式坐标测量机测量误差的各种原因的基础上,针对每种误差提出了解决措施。建立了测头的测量运动方程和关节晃动引起的测量误差的方程。
On the base of full analysis on the factors affecting the measuring accuracy, the corre- sponding countermeasures are put forward. The kinematical equation of the probe and the equation of measuring error caused by the swaying of the measuring arm are established.
