摘要
用10年时间按季度收集了同一人指甲样品36份,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定了其铅的含量。此方法具有良好的精密度和准确度,相对标准偏差RSD4.1%;回收率91.3%—107%。
There are 36 portions of nail s sample collected from same person quarterly in 10 years,and the content of lead in the samples was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.This method has good precision and accuracy,the recovery rate is 91.3%—107% with relative standard deviation of 4.1%.
