摘要
目的研究分析子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效与护理。方法采用seldinger方法选择双侧子宫动脉注入聚乙烯醇(PVA)颗粒加明胶海绵栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤,阻断肌瘤供血。结果插管成功率100%。术后随访2～3年。1例术后6个月瘤体完全消失,1例半年后正常宫内妊娠,1例术后8个月后开腹手术切除子宫,其余均不同程度症状改善。结论选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of uterine artery embolization for uterine fibroids and summarize the nursing experience. Methods Bilateral uterine artery embolization were done with polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） particles and gelatin sponge for treatment of uterine fibroids to block blood supply to fibroids, Results The success rate was 100%, Patients were followed up for 2 - 3 years. The tumor completely disappeared in 1 case after 6 months, one case got intrauterine pregnancy after six months, one patient received hysterectomy after 8 months, and symptoms were improved in varying degrees in the rest patients. Conclusion Selective uterine artery embolization treatment of uterine fibroids is a safe and effective method.
