摘要
目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血的疗效。方法应用Seldinger技术进行子宫动脉栓塞治疗患者17例,并与采用传统的方法治疗产后大出血患者14例作对照。结果经子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血成功而且恢复正常月经15例,子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血无效行子宫切除2例。结论对于积极保守治疗无效使用子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血是迅速、有效、安全、可靠的。
Aim To probe into the clinical effects of bilateral uterine arterial embolization.Method Use Seldinger technology to carry on the uterine arterial embolization to treat 17 patients,and with adopt the traditional method to treat 14 massive hemorrhage patients of postpartum to oppose and shine.Result The massive hemorrhage succeeds and resumes 15 cases of normal period after the uterine arterial embolization is treated and produced,the uterine arterial embolization treats the postpartum the massive hemorrhage is invalid to perform the hysterectomia 2. Conclusion The massive hemorrhage is fast, effective, safe, reliable to use the uterine arterial embolization to treat the postpartum in guarding failing to respond to any medical treatment actively.
