摘要
充分考虑定、转子屏蔽套及斜槽实心转子效应,建立求解双屏蔽复合转子电动机的三维非线性涡流场数学模型。通过对电机进行三维实体建模,并采用基于、φ-电磁位对的三维有限元法对双屏蔽复合转子电机的起动及负载等工况进行分析计算,得到了不同工况下定、转子屏蔽套及复合转子部分涡流分布,定量分析了斜槽影响,探讨了屏蔽套材料电磁特性对转子涡流损耗的影响,为工程设计提供了理论依据。
ABSTRACT: Considering about the effects of the stator can, rotor can and the skewed composite rotor fully, a mathematic model of a double-cans skewed composite-rotor motor for 3D nonlinear eddy current field is presented. After building the 3D solid model of the double-cans skewed composite-rotor motor, the characteristics of motor under the conditions of starting and rated load are calculated by 3D FEM (finite element method) based on electromagnetic potential group of A, φ-A. Then the eddy current losses of the stator can, rotor can and the composite rotor under different conditions, are acquired. Furthermore, the influence of skewed slot on the electromagnetic characteristics and the effects of resistivity and permeability of the cans on the eddy current losses in the rotor are quantitatively analyzed, which provides some theory references for engineering design.
