摘要
异步电机的起动电流和起动转矩很难准确计算,动态转矩的试验实测也需复杂的测试装置。本文提出用斜槽异步电机的多截面时步法有限元与转矩方程耦合的数学模型计算异步电机的起动过程,并提出在时步法每一步中求解系统方程时能保持系数矩阵对称并保持系数矩阵所对应的有限元网格位置不变的方法,使时步法能处理复杂的电磁-机械耦合的动态问题。
The starting current and the starting torque of induction motors are difficult to be evaluated precisely and the dynamic torque is not easy to be tested as wellThis paper presents an approach to using a multi-slice,time stepping 2-D eddy current finite element method coupled with torque equation to study the starting processes of skewed rotor induction machinesSpecial technique to keep the coefficient matrix of system equations in symmetric and constant in each step of time stepping process is presented,which allows the time stepping method can deal with the dynamic electromagnetic-mechanical coupled problems easily
