摘要
通过剖析某高职学院经济类专业群师资现状,分析目前高职院校师资建设存在的普遍性问题,提出以专业群为主线建设师资队伍,实现师资队伍共享最大化,有利于降低师资人力资源成本,节约办学经费,同时实现专业群内骨干专业动态转换,实现师资队伍动态开放管理。这是高职师资队伍建设新模式的尝试。
This article studies the present situation of economic teachers group of one higher vocational college, and analyzes the universal questions on the construction of qualified teachers group in higher vocational college. It proposes to take the specialized group as the main line on the construction of qualified teachers group in higher vocational college in order to realize the maximization of source-sharing and cost reduction, simultaneously to realize dynamic transformation and opening management in the special group. This is a new idea for how to construct qualified teachers team in higher vocational college.
