摘要
研究了双组分过渡金属氧化物催化剂对湿天然气中乙烷氧化脱氢反应的影响,发现在750℃,SV=2000h^(-1),G_2H_6∶O_2=1∶1,常压条件下,双组分过渡金属氧化物催化剂中催化活性较好的催化剂分别是Mn^(2+)-V_2O_5、TiO_2-WO_3、Mn^(2+)-SiO_2和BaCO_3-WO_3,对C_2H_4收率分别达到36.45%、30.92%、44.99%和36.70%。初步考察了催化剂不同配比对催化剂活性的影响,发现对Mn^(2+)-SiO_2、Mn^(2+)-WO_3来说,配比为3∶7(mol)时催化剂活性较佳,而对BaCO_3-WO_3、BaCO_3-MoO_3配比为1∶1(mol)时活性较好。
Oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane in wet natulal gas over binary component transition metal oxide catalysts has been investigated. It is found that the yield of C_2H_4 over Mn^(2+) - V_2O_5, TiO_2- WO_3, Mn^(2+)-SiO_2 and BaCO_3 - WO_3 catalysts which have better catalytic activity can reach 36. 45%, 30.92%, 44.99% and 36.70% respetively, at the conditions of 750℃, SV = 2000h^(-1), C_2H_6∶O_2=1∶1 and normal Pressure. The effect of different ratio of the catalyst composition on activity studied initially. The result shows that the Mh^(2+)-SiO_2 and Mn^(2+)-WO_3 catalysts present best activaty at ratio 3∶7 (mol), but for BaCO_3 -WO_3 and BaCO_3-MoO_3,both of them at ratio 1∶1 shows the best activity.
