催化裂解工艺是国内乙烯原料多元化的必由之路 被引量:2

摘要 结合国内乙烯原料重质化趋势,重点介绍了国内重油裂解制乙烯/丙烯技术(HCC/CPP)进展及工艺特点,并与传统管式炉裂解技术进行经济性比较,表明HCC/CPP是我国乙烯工业的重大技术突破,大大开拓了乙烯原料来源,为石化企业炼油-化工一体化、提高竞争力开辟了新的途径,具有良好的发展前景,值得大力推广应用。 In association with the heaviness trend of domestic ethylene materials, development and process characteristics of HCC/CPP technologies were introduced emphatically and compared with traditional tube furnace cracking process in aspect of economy. Result shows that HCC/CPP is a quantum jump of Chinese ethylene industry, which greatly extends ethylene material resources, and pioneers new route for integration of oil and chemicals in petrochemical companies and improvement of competitiveness. It is concluded that HCC/CPP technology has a good development prospect and deserves popularization and application in large scale.
