星形细胞瘤脑血容量与RhoA表达相关性研究

摘要 目的:探讨星形细胞瘤CT灌注参数——脑血容量(CBV)与Ras相似物A(Ras homologue A,RhoA)表达的相关性。方法:测量17例高级别(Ⅲ、Ⅳ级)星形细胞瘤及14例低级别(Ⅰ、Ⅱ级)星形细胞瘤的CBV值,免疫组织化学法测定瘤组织RhoA表达,比较CBV与RhoA表达的相关性。结果:低级别星形细胞瘤CBV值及RhoA的表达免疫反应评分显著低于高级别星形细胞瘤(P<0.01)。星形细胞瘤CBV值与RhoA之间呈明显的正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:灌注成像对星形细胞瘤术前分级有较高的临床应用价值。CBV灌注图是活体检测肿瘤侵袭性的较好工具。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the value of cerebral blood volume (CBV)and Ras homologue A(RhoA) expression. Methods:CT perfusion imaging was performed in thirty-one cases of astrocytomas ( 14 cases of low grade astrocytomas and 17 cases of high grade astrocytomas). The CBV and RhoA expression were determined by immunohistochemical method, and the relation between them was analyzed. Results:The CBV value and immunoeactivity score in high grade astrocytoma tumors were higher than that in low grade astrocytoma tumors( P 〈 0.01 ). There was a positive correlation between CBV value and RhoA expression( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions:CT perfusion imaging is valuable in preoperative grading of astrocytoma, and CBV is advantageous in evaluating the invasion of astrocytomas.
