摘要 以2Cr13、3Cr17NiMo和DIN1.2316为原料,采用对比性测试研究方法,确定了不同温度下淬火、回火的硬度、耐蚀性、耐磨性作为对塑料模具钢进行对比性测试的标准。研究得出,保持硬度在28~32HRC范围内,淬火温度选在1000~1030℃之间,回火温度为550~650℃时各方面综合性能对比中3Cr17NiMo最优。 Taking 2Cr13, 3Cr17NiMo and DIN1. 2316 as raw materials, the comparative test standards on plastic steel mold were characterized to determine the different temperature quenching and tempering of hardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance using comparative testing methodology. The results show that the best comprehensive performance of 3Cr17NiMo can be obtained under the conditions of hardness with 28 - 32 HRC, 1 000 - 1 030 ℃ quenching temperature, and 550-650 ℃ tempering temperature.
