基于数值模拟的锁芯压铸模设计

摘要 运用数值模拟的方法,对设计的锁芯压铸模不同的浇注系统和溢流系统进行模拟,分别观察液态金属充型及凝固过程中流场和温度场的分布。根据凝固规律有效预测锁芯可能存在的缩孔及气孔缺陷的分布及尺寸,改进浇注系统和溢流系统,并对模具的其它部分进行改进。运用有限元软件进行流场的模拟结果,可以作为设计压铸模浇注系统和溢流槽的参考依据。 In order to observe fluid and temperature field distribution during molten metal filling and solidification process, different pouring systems and overflow systems were designed to simulate the die casting process by numerical simulation method. According to solidification laws, the distribution and size of macro-porosity and gas porosity can be predicted. Based on these prediction, the pouring system, overflow system and the other parts of the die-casting mould can be improved. As a convenient method for optimizing the pouring system, the simulated results on fluid field can be used as a reference to design the pouring system and overflow system of the die-casting mould.
