摘要
对十字槽型锁芯的超塑性挤压技术进行了研究。结果表明：利用超塑成形技术生产十字型槽锁芯型材是可行的，成形的制作符合设计要求。且生产率高，材料利用率高，工艺成本低，是一种行之有效的加工工艺。
The technique of superplastic extrusion of lock core with cross-shaped groove are researched in this paper. The results show it is a feasible and effective process technology to produce thelock core with cross-shaped groove by using superplastic forming technique. The formed parts accordwith the design demands. The technique has higher productivity, utilization ratio of materials, and lowercost of production.
