摘要
目的研究云南省某医学院汉族与少数民族学生心理健康状况,为开展医学生心理健康教育提供依据.方法本次横断面研究,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对云南省某医学院2001级至2005级学生心理健康状况进行测评,并对5666名汉族和1655名少数民族学生进行比较分析.结果被测试9个因子分中至少有1项SCL-90因子分≥1.8分的5666名汉族和1655名医学生中,分别占21.27%和25.32%.汉族与少数民族无论是在各因子症状阳性检出率,还是在因子分上,除了强迫症状的阳性检出率外,其余均存在有统计学意义,并且少数民族学生的各个因子症状阳性检出率和因子分均高.结论云南省某医学院少数民族学生心理健康状况差于汉族学生;除了强迫症状外,躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌意、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等比汉族学生出现率要高,各种心理健康状况差于汉族学生,应关注他们特有的心理健康状况及影响因素研究,为高等院校全面开展大学生心理卫生工作提供依据.
certain medical Objectiv college in e To compare mental health status between Han and minority medical students in a Yunnan Province, and provide evidence for implementing mental health education among students. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted by using SCL-90 to evaluate mental health of medical students who enrolled in a certain medicine college during 2001 to 2005 in Yunnan province. Results 21.27% of 5 666 Han students and 25.32% of 1 655 minority students had at least one factor score ≥ 1.8 among 9 factor scores of SCL-90. There were significant differences between Han and minority students such as factors symptom positive detected rate and factor scores, except compulsive symptom positive detected rate. And minority students＇ the positive detected rate and factor score were higher than Han students. Conclusion Mental health status of minority students are worse than Han students in a certain medical college in Yunnan Province; except of obsessive-compulsiive, minority students score or positive rates are higher than Han students such as somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, nostilty, phobic anxiety, paranoiiet ideation, psychotism and so on, minority students＇ mental health status are worse than Han students. Generally, mental health status of minority medical college students is not optimistic. They should be further researched on mental health status and its influence factors to find the hints of mental health education of college students.
