摘要
目的了解昆明市城乡社区居民糖尿病预防控制现状,探讨制定糖尿病防治对策和措施.方法对昆明市糖尿病基线调查发现的299名糖尿病患者进行问卷调查和空腹血糖检测.结果调查人群糖尿病患者知晓率为67.6%,治疗率为56.1%,控制率为25.7%;城市患者糖尿病知晓率、治疗率和控制率(分别为75.1%、62.1%和35.7%)均明显高于农村地区(分别为58.7%、49.3%和18.8%)(P<0.005).结论昆明市糖尿病患者知晓率和治疗率较低,控制率更低,需要加强城乡居民糖尿病预防控制工作,逐步改善糖尿病防治状况.
Objiective To study the present status of prevention and control of Diabetes Mellitus （DM） among residents in Kunming. Methods A total of 299 DM patients were selected from community in Kunming. All subjects were investigated by questionnaires and their FBG was measured. Results Among DM patients in Kunming, 67.6% were aware of their DM, 56.1% recieved DM treatment, and 25.7 % achieved their blood sugar under control （FBG 〈 6.1 mmol/L）. The rates of DM awareness, treatment and control in urban residents were higher than those in rural residents. Conclusion Among the diabetes patients in Kunming, there are lower awareness of DM and percentage of treatment; and much lower percentage of control of DM. It is urgently needed to improve prevention and control of DM in Kunming.
