摘要
目的:分析基层医院临床用药情况,探讨基层医院临床医师不合理用药的原因与规律,提出科学合理用药的方法,更好地指导基层临床医师安全与合理用药。方法:对黎平县妇幼保健院2003～2008年的8020份住院病历进行回顾性调查,采取随机抽样的方法,随机抽取1000份病历进行分析。结果及结论:合理使用抗生素,正确掌握药物配伍。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the clinical drug use,discuss the causes and regularity for irrational drug use in primary hospital and put forward a method for scientific and rational use of drugs for clinicians＇ reference of safe and rational drug use in primary hospitals.METHODS：8 020 inpatient medical records in our hospital between 2003 and 2008 were reviewed,of which,1 000 were sampled by randomization for detailed analysis about clinical drug use.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION：Antibiotics should be used rationally and the one should master the basic knowledge of drug combination.
