摘要
目的观察不同时间脑缺血发作时局部微环境病理生理学变化及CT灌注成像表现。方法55只大鼠分为对照组和脑缺血发作1、3、6和24h组。采用大鼠模型模拟不同时间脑缺血状态,CT灌注成像检查后,将鼠脑标本分别作组织病理学观察,并测量脑水含量的变化。结果随脑缺血时间延长,局部脑血流灌注呈下降趋势,其中脑血流量(CBF)图最为敏感;各脑缺血组的CBF值与对照组比较差异具有显著性,P<0.05;同时病理学检查显示星形胶质细胞反应性变化加重。结论在脑缺血发作状态下,脑微循环的超微结构随时间延长,肿胀逐渐加重,微血管腔逐渐狭窄,CT灌注的CBF值明显下降。
[ Objective ] To observe the pathophysiological changes of microenvironment at different phase of transient cerebral ischemia and the results of CT Perfusion. [ Methods ] Fifty-five male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group and cerebral ischemia lh, 3h, 6h and 24h group. CBF was examined by CT perfusion imaging in each group. The content of brain water and histological study were performed. [ Results ] Histopathological study revealed remarkable swelling of astrocytes at each cerebral ischemia group. The abnormal extent on CT perfusion images matches with abnormal extent on histopathologic examination. [ Conclusion] Under the cerebral hypoperfusion state, reactive changes of microenvirenment aggravated with duration of cerebral ischemia. Without correcting abnormality of perfusion in time, the irreversible damage would happen.
