骨巨细胞瘤MRI表现与Ki67表达之间的相关性分析 被引量:1

Preliminary Analysis of the Correlation Between MR Characteristics and the Expression of Ki67 in Giant Cell Tumor of Bone

摘要 目的研究骨巨细胞瘤(giant cell tumor of bone,GCT)MRI表现及分级与Ki67表达程度的关系。资料与方法回顾性分析79例经手术病理证实为GCT患者的MRI表现、MRI分级与肿瘤组织Ki67表达程度之间的相关性。结果MRI所示的病变最大径、病变膨胀程度、T2WI低信号环完整性、病变周围的水肿程度、MRI上软组织肿块及MRI分级方法2与Ki67在肿瘤组织内的表达程度之间均缺乏统计学意义上的相关性。MRI分级方法1与Ki67在肿瘤组织内的表达程度之间具有统计学意义上的相关性。结论GCT MRI表现分级方法1与Ki67的表达程度之间有相关性,可作为GCT的分级参考标准。 Objective To research the correlation among MRI performance, MRI staging and the expression of Ki67 in giant cell tumor of bone (GCT). Materials and Methods In 79 cases of GCT confirmed by pathology, the correlation between MRI performance, MRI staging and the expression of Ki67 were analyzed. Results Tile largest diameter of tumor, the degree of expansion, the integrity of the low signal intensity ring on T2 W1, the degree of edema around the foci, the size of soft tissue mass and the MR staging criteria 2 had no significant correlation with the expression level of Ki67. While MR staging criteria 1 was positively correlated with the expression level of Ki67. Conclusion MR staging criteria 1 is positively correlated with the expression level of Ki67, this criteria can be used as the conference standard of MR staging of GCT.
