玉米郑单958等高产品种的生理生态机理研究 被引量:14

摘要 郑单958是近年生产上推广利用面积较大的紧凑竖叶型新品种。本试验从其生理与植株特性等方面进行了高产生理生态机制方面的研究探讨,为新品种选育和大田推广利用提供理论依据。结果分析表明,其高产主要原因表现在:叶面积指数变化合理,叶片持绿时间长,衰老慢;叶片中光合色素、蛋白质和可溶性糖含量高;过氧化物酶活性高;丙二醛积累少;光合能力强,光合效率高;籽粒体积大;灌浆时间长,速度快,千粒重高。试验结果表明,郑单958仍属最佳利用品种,建议各地大面积推广利用。 Maize Zhengdan 958 was the kind of new compact vertical-leaf type variety. The experiment studied and explored physiological and ecological mechanism from the physiology and plants typical characteristic facet etc. , in order to provide theoretical basis for breeding new varieties and popularizing. The result indicated that most of the feature in high yield were production steadily, and early-maturing. Including follow reasons: The reasonable index of changing leaf-area, long time for corn leaves green-keeping, and aging slowly. The photosynthetic pigment, protein and the soluble sugar content in leaves were high, and MDA content were low. Photosynthetic capability were strong and photosynthetic efficiency were high. and grain big. Grouting time long, and velocity was quick, and thousand kernel weight was high. These results indicated that Zhengdan 958 was still the best corn variety for agricultural production.
