摘要
】对6个甘蓝材料进行田间耐热性鉴定和叶片35℃~54℃高温胁迫30min后电解质渗漏量及38℃~47℃高温胁迫以后植株叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量测定表明,利用电解质相对渗漏量(L)达50%时伤害温度(LT50)的高低,能鉴定甘蓝材料耐热性,且与材料在田间的耐热性强弱一致。而耐热性强的材料在受热胁迫后其MDA含量较低。
In an experiment with 6 acessions of cabbage ( Brassica oleracea ), their heat tolerance was evaluated in the field and their electrolyte leakage and MDA content were determined after the leaves were exposed to heat stress at 35℃~54℃ for 30 min. and at 38℃~47℃ for min., resp. The results indicated that the parameter injury temperature (LT 50 ), at which the relative electrolyte leakage reaches 50%, gives a results in agreement with the identification of heat tolerance in the field, and therefore is recommended as an indicator for heat tolerance identification of cabbage. Heat tolerant genotypes were found to contain lower MDA than heat sensitive ones after the heat stress treament.
