摘要
通过数学模拟实验论证了不锈钢板坯连铸中间包控流元件的最佳配置方案,得到了合理的不锈钢中间包钢水流场,最大程度地提高了不锈钢钢水的纯净度,提高了中间包的冶金效果。
It is demonstrated the best configuration plan of flow control elements for casting tundish for stainless steel slab through mathematical simulation test, the reasonable molten steel flow field got, the purity of molten steel increased to a greatest extent, metallurgical effect of tundish improved.
