微管引流灌注白介素-2间插灌注DDP治疗恶性胸水临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价微管引流灌注白介素-2间插灌注DDP治疗恶性胸水的疗效。方法确诊为恶性胸水的晚期癌症患者67例,行带侧孔的中心静脉导管穿刺置管胸腔闭式引流术,尽量引流尽胸水后,腔内注入白介素-240万U/次,每周2～3次,间插灌注DDP30mg/m2,每周一次。结果CR29例(43.28%),PR31例(46.27%),VR7例(10.45%),有效率89.55%(60/67)。结论微管引流灌注白介素-2间插灌注DDP治疗恶性胸水疗效佳、痛苦小、方便、易行,值得推广。
