摘要
在废水处理工艺中,泥浆沉降罐是密封的,工艺操作人员无法知道内部液面及化学泥浆和上清液的界面位置,而这2个参数在工艺运行中是非常重要的。采用浊度测量的方法结合自动跟踪装置,设计出了测量传感器及控制方案,实现了密封泥浆沉降罐中泥浆界面高度的实时检测,为指导工艺运行,降低二次放射性废物的数量提供了技术保障。
In waste water treatment process, the operator can not know the position of the liquid level and the interface between chemical sullage and supernatant fluid, because the sullage sedimentation container is sealed, nevertheless the two parameters are very important in process operation. Using nephelometry combined auto-tracking device, the measurement sensor and control project were designed,the real-time detection of the height of sullage-water interface in the sealed sullage sedimentation container was achieved. This device can provide guidance for the operator and decrease the amount of second radioactive wastes.
