摘要
通过对泥水界面检测系统数据传输部分的改进,阐明了无线传感器网络技术相对于现有无线数据传输技术的优越性;介绍了基于ZigBee协议的传感器网络在泥水界面检测系统中的构建,给出了接口电路设计和相关软件设计的具体实现方法.该系统功耗低,通信可靠性高,兼容性强,可以方便地嵌入工厂自动化网络,从而实现对泥水界面工艺参数的自动检测与控制.
A ZigBee wireless sensor network was utilized for substituting the former wireless data transfer method of the water-sludge interface, and the new method has been proved to be better than the old one. The architeeture of the ZigBee wireless sensor network, its interface circuits and the correspondent software design are presented in the article. Sinee this ZigBee data transfer network has low power consumption, high reliability and wide compatibility, it can be used for implementing the automatic measure and control of the water- sludge interface, and embedded easily into the factory's automation system.
