摘要
青岛海湾大桥大沽河航道桥为不对称独塔四跨连续钢箱梁自锚式悬索桥。承台施工采用无底钢围堰,围堰采用单双壁结合的形式,由防撞钢围堰、单壁钢围堰、内支撑系统、悬吊系统、导向系统及锁定系统等组成。介绍钢围堰加工工艺与加工流程。该桥处于强腐蚀海洋大气环境与海水腐蚀环境,为防止钢围堰的腐蚀,采用环氧富锌底漆、环氧云铁中间漆、脂肪族丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆进行防腐涂装。
The Dagu River Shipping Channel Bridge of Qingdao Bay Bridge is a single tower self-anchored suspension bridge with asymmetric 4-span continuous steel box girder. The pile caps of the piers of the Bridge are constructed by the steel cofferdams without bottom. A cofferdam of such type has the structural form of the combined single wall and double walls and is mainly composed of the collision-proof part, single-wall part, internal supporting system, suspension system, guiding system and locking system. The workmanship and process flow of the manufacturing of the cofferdams are presented herewith. Since the Bridge is located in the severely corrosive marine atmosphere and seawater environment, the cofferdams are coated by the epoxy zinc-rich primer, the epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate and the aliphatic acrylic polyurethane finish to prevent them from being corroded.
