摘要
介绍武汉天兴洲公铁两用长江大桥北汊公路桥深水承台施工所采用的钢吊箱围堰的结构形式,采用结构仿真分析软件MSC-PATRAN对其进行仿真计算。最后介绍钢吊箱围堰施工的几项关键技术,包括悬吊系统的设计、钢吊箱的下沉与定位、封底混凝土的浇注和体系转换。
This paper presents the structural type of steel boxed cofferdam used for construction of the deep water pile cap of the north highway bridge of Wuhan Tianxingzhou Changjiang River Rail-cum-Road Bridge, makes the simulation calculation of the cofferdam, using the strueture simulation analysis software MSC-PATRAN and also gives some key techniques for construction of the cofferdam, including those of the design of the suspension system, lowering and positioning, casting of the bottom sealing treime concrete as well as the system transferring of the cofferdam.
