摘要
本文列举了研究生扩招后其教育和改革面临的主要问题,比如培养模式,导师队伍质量和研究生个人质量的问题,同时结合生命学科的现状,针对性地提出一些改革建议,以求解决问题,从而达到提高研究生培养质量的目标。
This article lists the main issues focusing on education and management reform after the post--graduate expansion, including the training mode, the quality of instructors and the graduate students. Meanwhile, combining with the status quo of the disciplines of life sciences, it proposes the target measures to solve those problems.
