烟叶烘烤过程中呼吸速率及脱水速率的研究 被引量:6

摘要 烤烟烤后0-12h,呼吸速率明显下降。变黄中后期呼吸旺盛,烤后30h为第1高峰,烤后42h出现相对较弱的第二高峰。这两个呼吸高峰的演变与呼吸基质的变换有关。烟叶脱水速率,变黄前期(0-18h)脱水很少,以后逐渐增强,烤后42h为第1高峰,定色后期脱水强度较大。烤后60h为相对较强的第2高峰。 The respiratory process was active during yellowing stage of tobacco. At the beginning of flue curing tobacco(0-12hr) RR declined obviously increased to the first respiratory peak at the 30th hour. and reached the second peak at the 42th hour. The second peak was lower than the first. The dehydrationincluded three stages: during the first 18 hours DR was at a low level, then it increased gradually to the first peak at leaf drying stage(at 42th hour). At the 60th hour DR reached the second peak which was higher than the first peak.
