摘要
烤烟烤后０－１２ｈ，呼吸速率明显下降。变黄中后期呼吸旺盛，烤后３０ｈ为第１高峰，烤后４２ｈ出现相对较弱的第二高峰。这两个呼吸高峰的演变与呼吸基质的变换有关。烟叶脱水速率，变黄前期（０－１８ｈ）脱水很少，以后逐渐增强，烤后４２ｈ为第１高峰，定色后期脱水强度较大。烤后６０ｈ为相对较强的第２高峰。
The respiratory process was active during yellowing stage of tobacco. At the beginning of flue curing tobacco(0-12hr) RR declined obviously increased to the first respiratory peak at the 30th hour. and reached the second peak at the 42th hour. The second peak was lower than the first. The dehydrationincluded three stages: during the first 18 hours DR was at a low level, then it increased gradually to the first peak at leaf drying stage(at 42th hour). At the 60th hour DR reached the second peak which was higher than the first peak.
