摘要
目的:评价桑丹消痤净面膜治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效及安全性,并观察其对痤疮患者性激素的影响。方法:86例Ⅰ～Ⅲ度寻常性痤疮患者随机分为桑丹消痤净面膜治疗组和5%过氧苯甲酰霜对照组,均治疗8周,评价其临床疗效,并观察桑丹消痤净面膜治疗前后患者血清中性激素的变化,同时以66例健康志愿者为对照。结果:桑丹消痤净面膜治疗总有效率为88.4%,对照组总有效率为72.1%,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),无严重不良反应。男女寻常痤疮患者治疗前性激素水平与正常对照组比较有异常,治疗后男女寻常痤疮患者性激素治疗组LH、FSH、E2和T水平与正常组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05),寻常性痤疮组和对照组治疗后LH及FSH,两两比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:桑丹消痤净面膜具有较好的临床效果,对性激素有调节作用。
Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and security of Sangdan facemask on the treatment of acne vulgaris, and study its effect on the levels of gonadal hormone. Methods： 86 cases of ache vulgaris patients were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group, patients of therapeutic group were treated with Sangdan facemask, and control group were treated with 5% benzoyl peroxide.After 8 weeks,therapeutic results and changes of serum levels of gonadal hormone before and after treatment were measured, serum samples of 66 cases healthy volunteers＇ worked as normal control. Results： The total effective rate of therapeutic group was 88.4%, and had significant difference compared with that of control group （72.1%）.No apparent adverse reactions were recorded. The serum levels of gonadal hormone in ache vulgaris patients before treatment were statistically different from that of normal control group. There was no significant difference in serum levels of LH, FSH, E2, T between therapeutic group and normal control after treatment（P〉0.05）.LH and FSH levels of therapeutic group were greatly different from that of control group. Conclusion： Sangdan facemask has preferable clinic effects and can modify gonadal hormone level.
