摘要
目的:研究34例女性痤疮患者血清激素水平。方法:采用美国DPC生产的PILKE2-1试剂盒对34例女性痤疮患者及30例同年龄的正常对照组女性血清激素水平进行测定。结果:女性痤疮患者血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)显著低于同年龄对照组。雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)与同年龄对照组比较,差异不显著。孕酮(P)高于同年龄对照组,有极显著差异。结论:痤疮的发生与性激素水平改变有关。
Objective：To study the level of serum hormones in 34 female patients with acne. Methods： 34 female patients with acne are included in the experimental group and 30 female contemporaries, in the control group. Their serum hormone levels are determined with PILKE2 - 1 reagent box produced in DPC in America. Results ： The levels of follicular stimulin and luteinizing hormone in the serum of the patients with acne are dramatically lower than those in the control group. There is no significant difference in levels of estradiol and testosterone between the two groups. The level of progesterone in the experimental group is remarkably higher than that in the control group. Conclusion ： The occurrence of acne is related to the change in the level of sex hormone.
