摘要
面对数字鸿沟,西部高校建设数字图书馆应构建自身的核心竞争力,缩小数字鸿沟,实现信息机会公平。文章从文献信息资源建设、服务水平和专业人力资源建设三方面阐述了此问题。
Face digital divide, the western part minitype universities construction figure library should structure self＇ s core competition force, reduce digital divide, realize information chance fairness. The article builds from document information resources, the standard of service and special field human resources build three aspects to have set forth this problem.
