摘要
论文从分析“数字鸿沟”的原因和特点入手,针对它表现出的“四种差距”分别提出了应对策略。并结合图书馆事业,倡导制度创新、业务分层、以“实”补“虚”和亲民服务的实践方法。
Following introducing the roots and features of digital gap, this paper respectively summarizes the countermeasures in minimizing "the four kinds of disparities". Integrating library career, it sparkplugs some practical means, such as system innovation, layer management, being with "factor" to patch "void" and civilian-oriented services.
