摘要
目的通过检测结核性胸膜炎及癌性胸液患者血清及胸液的E选择素水平,探讨其对鉴别良恶性疾病的意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测23例结核性胸膜炎及21例癌性胸液患者血清及胸液的E选择素水平。结果结核性胸膜炎患者血清E选择素水平为44±5μg/L、胸液E选择素水平为24±3μg/L,明显高于癌性胸液患者血清(27±4μg/L)及胸液(11±3μg/L)(P<0.01),且重叠性很小。此外,结核性胸膜炎患者的血清E选择素水平明显高于胸液,且两者无相关性(r=0.16,P>0.05)。结论结核性胸膜炎患者血清及胸液的E选择素来源不同,且表达水平明显高于癌性胸液患者,因此。
Objective To evaluate the significance of detecting Eselectin of serum and pleural effusion in differentiating benign and malignant diseases. Method Eselectin of serum and pleural effusion in 23 patients with tuberculous pleurisy and 21 patients with lung cancer involving pleura was detected by ELISA method. Result Eselectin of serum(44±5 μg/L)and pleural effusion (24±3 μg/L)in patients with tuberculous pleurisy was much higher than that of serum(27±4 μg/L)and pleural effusion(11±3 μg/L )in lung cancer patients (P<0.01). In addition, Eselectin of serum in patients with tuberculous pleurisy was also much higher than that of pleural effusion (P<0.01). And there was no correlation between Eselectin of serum and that of pleural effusion in patients with tuberculous pleurisy (r=0.16,P>0.05). Conclusion Eselectin of serum and pleural effusion in patients with tuberculous pleurisy is produced from different sources. And Eselectin in patients with tuberculous pleurisy is much higher than those with lung cancer. Thence detecting Eselectin of serum and pleural effusion might be helpful for differentiating benign and malignant diseases.
