摘要
国内大学生心理健康问题是近年来社会关注的焦点。基于体育活动能促进心理健康发展的原理,我们对35名长江大学男生(实验组n=35,身高170.2±6.02cm;体重59.2±8.11kg)进行了健身健美训练。采用准实验设计,利用SIMH精神卫生症状自评量表(SCL-90)检测了四个月训练前后男生和另外35名未参加训练长江大学男生(控制组n=35,身高170.7±5.68cm,体重59.2±6.38kg)的心理变化。通过组间的秩和检验发现:后测实验组学生的"人际关系敏感"和"抑郁"心理因子比较控制组存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。通过组内的添号秩次检验发现:实验组前、后测学生的"人际关系敏感"、"焦虑"和"抑郁"心理因子变化达到显著性水平(P<0.001,P<0.05,P<0.001)。研究结果表明,器械健身健美训练对大学男生的"人际关系敏感"、"焦虑"和"抑郁"等心理因子具有良好的健康效应。但是,也有少部分学生的三个心理因子表现为消极变化。
The mental health of the national Students is a hot popular focus in recent years.Based on personal positive psycho development from body activity,we trained 35 male students(G1:n=35,170.2±6.02cm,59.2±8.11kg) in Yangtze University with 4 months experimental strength training.Before and after they trained,their mental health status was measured twice using the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).The other untrained 35 male students(G2:n=35,170.7±5.68cm,59.2±6.38kg) was assessed also at the same time in the same way.With the Two-Independent-Samples Test in the post-measurement is to be find,that the symptom of'interpersonal sensitivity'and'depression'by the students in G1 is significantly better than the students in G2(P〈0.05).But with the Two-Related-Samples Test on G1 is to be find,that students had significant positive changes of their 'interpersonal sensitivity'、'anxiety'and'depression'between pro-and post experimental strength training(P〈0.001,P〈0.05,P〈0.001).
