把带边母模直立插入模框内。将熔化的锌基合金注入其中,浇铸温度控制在480℃~500℃,在冷却过程中应采用多次补浇方法以避免产生铸造缺陷,冷却后沿母模分开就可得到吻合良好的凸模和凹模。
After the model with side is inserted into the mold box, the melted Zinc base alloy is poured into it. In order to avoid casting defect, the casting temperature must be controled between 480℃ ~500℃ and supplement casting is needed to repeat many times during the cooling process. After the cooling, the mold is obtained when parting along the model.
