摘要 以三乙烯四胺和环氧氯丙烷为原料合成活性染料用无甲醛固色剂,探讨了合成条件和应用工艺条件对固色效果的影响。试验结果表明,优化的应用工艺条件为:固色剂用量为3%(owf),浴比1∶15,pH值为7,60℃固色处理30 min,80℃烘干。采用该固色工艺,可获得较为满意的摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度;若在固色工作液中加入适量的羧甲基壳聚糖,有助于提高染色织物的日晒牢度。 Formaldehyde-free fixing agent for reactive dyes was synthesized with triethylenetetramine and epoxy chloropropane. Influences of synthesis conditions and application process on fixing effect were discussed. Experiment results showed that optimum process was fixing agent 3% (ovvf), bath ratio 1 : 15, pH value 7, treating at 60℃ for 30 minutes and drying at 80℃. Satisfactory rubbing fastness and soaping fastness could be obtained with above process. Adding proper amount of carboxymethyl chitosan to fixing bath would help to improve light fastness of the dyeings.
