摘要
目的测定不同种石斛及金钗石斛、马鞭石斛、叠鞘石斛、鼓槌石斛的不同药用部位中多糖的含量。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法。结果不同种石斛茎中多糖含量为:球花石斛18.96%,马鞭石斛24.89%,金钗石斛20.49%,报春石斛15.83%,肿节石斛8.27%,叠鞘石斛16.32%,鼓槌石斛15.33%,美花石斛28.28%,兜唇石斛9.26%;4种石斛不同药用部位多糖的含量:金钗石斛根15.36%,茎20.49%,叶22.30%;马鞭石斛根17.56%,茎24.89%,叶20.88%;叠鞘石斛根9.48%,茎16.32%,叶17.42%;鼓槌石斛根10.06%,茎15.33%,叶19.81%。结论该实验方法简便、快速、准确。各种石斛及其根茎叶中多糖含量均比较高,从资源的综合和可持续利用的角度考虑,建议可以全草入药;美花石斛、球花石斛、报春石斛、叠鞘石斛、鼓槌石斛、肿节石斛茎在进行药效研究的提前下,确认是否可以替代当前《中国药典》品种入药。
Objective To determine polysaccharide from several Herba Dendrobii and different medical parts of D. nobile Lindl, D. fimbriatum Hook, D. denneanum Kerr, and D. chrysotoxum Lindl. Methods UV method was used. Results The content of polysaccharides in different Herba Dendrobii was as follows: D. thyrsiflorum. Rchb. f of 18.96%, D. fimbriatum Hook of 24. 89% , D. nobile Lindl of 20.49% , D. crepidatum Lindl of 15.83% , D. pendulum Roxb of 8.27%, D. denneanum Kerr of 16.32%, D. chrysotoxum Lindl of 15.33 %, D. loddigesii Rolfe of 28.28%, D. aphyllum ( Roxb. ) C. E. Fisch of 9.26% ; the contents of polysaccharides from root, stem and leaf in D. nobile Lindl Lindl were 15.36% , 20.49% and 22.30% ; In D.fimbriatum Hook were 17.56% , 24.89% , 20.88% ; In D. denneanum Kerr were 9.48%, 16.32%, 17.42% ; In D. chrysotoxum Lindl were 10.06%, 15.33%, 9.81%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and accurate. The content of polysaccharides is higher in leaves from different parts, and we should try to keep leaves when medicinal material is processed.
